3. SRB

4. Welding

▶ Circular welding-automatic circular welding machine

▶ Nonstandard welding - Only the welders of the average 5 years' work experience are put in.

5. Seal kit room

▶ Operation of the room for packing only which will protect packing from dust or moisture

6. Assembly

▶ Retain numerous intangible techniques through process experiment tests at least for 2 to 3 times a month

7. Final inspection

▶ Measurement of standard of finished product

8. Washing

▶ Operation of the 3 dimensional high-pressure automatic washing machine
▶ Operation of Operation of tube washing

9. Test

▶ 400 Kgf/㎠ high-pressure test is possible, internal oil leak, external oil leak, automatic operation test, noise measurement

▶ Final shipment inspection as simultaneous diagnosis of painting and appearance etc.
